Job summary

Qualifications

• An earned graduate or professional degree from an accredited institution.
• Progressive leadership experience in student services or medical education.
• Ability to lead people, programs, and processes across multiple student-services areas.
• Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory requirements, and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for admissions, student affairs, financial aid, registrar, and wellbeing services.
• Oversee student health policies, counseling, and accident/disciplinary matters with due process.
• Develop unified vision for student services across departments and enrollment goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff; recruit and assess personnel per college policy.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to monitor progress and timely interventions.
• Promote student success, retention, belonging, and professional formation.
