Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, orderly school environment and clear conduct standards.
• Build and protect student culture across grades and activities.
• Liaise with families, students, faculty, and staff on conduct issues.
• Intervene with students to improve behavior, engagement, and confidence.
• Coordinate with school leadership on disciplinary and social-emotional matters.
• Support teachers with classroom management and behavioral programs.
• Supervise students during hallways, events, and co-curricular activities.
