Job summary

The 220 District Attorneys Council seeks an Assistant District Attorney for McIntosh County to prosecute misdemeanors and felonies from intake through trial. The successful candidate will also handle juvenile delinquent, deprived and mental health matters within the District Attorney’s Office.

Requirements include a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to the Oklahoma State Bar in good standing, and eligibility for admission to relevant federal courts.
