Job summary

MediaRadar, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to support the accounting function, drive GAAP compliance, and strengthen financial controls as the company grows.

This hands-on role reports to the VP Corporate Controller and collaborates with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to align financial and business goals. You will help implement scalable processes, support ERP initiatives, and contribute to strategic finance initiatives, including post-close performance measurement for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead accounting role.
• Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS businesses preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency close processes across different countries.
• Exposure to M&A, including integration and post-closing performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, billing, and AR/AP.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements; analyze results with FP&A to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain internal controls; drive process improvements across functions.
