Job summary

MediaRadar in New York seeks an Assistant Corporate Controller to support our growing accounting function, overseeing corporate accounting, financial operations and GAAP compliance.

You will partner with the VP Corporate Controller and senior leadership to implement controls, drive process improvements, manage external audits, and lead ERP-related initiatives to scale the business. This is a hands-on leadership role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environments is preferred.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency close processes across countries helpful.
• Experience with audits, policy implementation, and process improvement.
• M&A exposure and post-closing performance measurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, analysis, treasury, audit and tax with GAAP compliance.
• Manage general ledger, revenue recognition, billing and AR/AP processes.
• Align order-to-cash data across NetSuite, Salesforce and related systems.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze key results with FP&A.
• Develop internal controls and drive process improvements for scalability.
• Support ERP implementations, automation and KPI development.
• Lead accounting workstreams for M&A integrations and post-close entities.
