Job summary

MediaRadar is seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to bolster the accounting function as the company scales. Reporting to the VP Corporate Controller, you will help drive financial operations, controls, and strategic initiatives across multiple entities and currencies.

You will partner with RevOps, Sales and Finance to align order-to-cash processes, manage GAAP compliance, and support acquisitions, including post-closing metrics and carve-outs. CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including senior/lead roles in high-growth environments.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency close processes across countries.
• Experience supporting audits, implementing policies, improving operations, and M&A exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, analysis, treasury, audit and tax to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements; analyze results with FP&A.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and scalable accounting processes.
• Support M&A integrations, post-closing performance measurement, and carve-outs.
• Lead and mentor accounting team; collaborate cross-functionally on KPIs and ERP initiatives.
