The Bachrach Group seeks an Assistant Corporate Controller in Las Vegas, NV to build accounting infrastructure during rapid expansion. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role leads critical accounting functions, enhances processes, and partners with senior finance leadership on growth initiatives.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates within the continental U.S., and the position offers executive visibility across finance and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent).
• Active CPA license required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 5+ years in public company leadership.
• 3+ years of Big Four public accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and SEC reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• ERP experience required; SAP S/4HANA highly preferred.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or comparable financial reporting platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and consolidation activities.
• Oversee corporate accounting, general ledger, inventory and cost accounting, revenue, leases, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and SOX controls.
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, close procedures, and operational workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Partner with auditors and leaders across finance, operations, supply chain, and legal.
• Support system implementations, acquisition accounting, integrations, and other growth initiatives.
