Job summary

The role requires basic food preparation knowledge, a minimum of 12 months in a full-service culinary setting, and the ability to obtain a Florida SafeStaff certification within 90 days. A background check is part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a full-service culinary setting.
• Florida SafeStaff certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High School diploma or better.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and cold foods under supervision.
• Distributes prepared items and restocks as needed.
• Cleans and maintains sanitation of the station.
• Assists with kitchen organization and cleaning.
• Under the instruction of a cook, prepares and bakes items.
