Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO in overseeing the firm's accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Manage accounting and reporting for multiple investment funds and related entities.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Assist with fund audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Review fund expenses, allocations, and partner capital activity.
• Support tax compliance by coordinating with external tax advisors.
