Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined public accounting and relevant industry experience.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information.
• Experience with cash and stock distributions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and review cash flows to and from investors and portfolio companies.
• Lead cash and stock distributions.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with SEC guidelines.
