Qualifications

• 4-6 years in accounting/finance with 3-5 years in leadership or Controller role.
• Proven track record in financial leadership and process improvement.
• Experience with audits, tax reporting, and 401K audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions and staff to meet annual goals.
• Lead financial reporting including sales, operations, and management data.
• Drive improvements in processes, controls, and ERP usage.
