Job summary

ICA, an Amphenol company, is seeking an Assistant Controller to build and lead centralized AP/AR shared services across multiple entities. You will define operating procedures, ensure scalable, repeatable processes, and support transformation projects across finance.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting or shared services, strong ERP and process-improvement experience, and the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 7+ years of experience in accounting or shared services.
• Experience leading AP/AR and transaction-heavy environments with ERP systems.
• Ability to implement standard operating procedures and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized AP/AR shared services across entities and standardize processes.
• Coordinate with site controllers and finance teams to ensure month-end accuracy.
• Own end-to-end transaction workflows and SOP development.
• Drive automation initiatives and ERP-related system implementations.
• Identify bottlenecks and push for timely resolution across functions.
