Amphenol Corporation, through its ACS division, seeks an Assistant Controller in Etters, PA, to lead monthly close, supervise accounting staff, and consolidate results across multiple sites. The role improves cost control and profitability through detailed variance analysis and KPI tracking.

The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years in financial reporting, solid ERP/Excel skills, and experience with Power BI in a global manufacturing context. Travel is expected short-term as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation and planning.
• Experience in a global business setting.
• Direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly accounting close process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise accounting professionals and ensure internal controls.
• Coordinate with global site finance for consolidated results.
• Perform variance analysis and monitor KPIs, margins and costs.
• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, and AR/AP.
• Maintain financial data in the corporate reporting system.
• Coordinate with site teams to align reporting across locations.
• Act as liaison between business unit finance and site teams.
