Job summary

PhxPhxProConnect is seeking an Assistant Controller for a fast-growing South Florida real estate company. The role will partner with the Controller and CFO to manage full cycle accounting, reporting, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/finance, Big 4/public accounting experience, and a track record building controls and ERP-based automation. This on-site role offers exposure to a dynamic real estate environment in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience developing controls and procedures.
• Experience with ERP implementation and report automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle accounting and close processes.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures.
• Participate in ERP implementation and automate reporting.
• Collaborate with Controller and CFO on financial planning.
