Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of four years of experience, ideally within private equity.
• Background in public accounting and active CPA licensure are advantageous.
• Track record of improving processes and creating efficiencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the firm’s funds and investments.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of the external administrator, resolving variances.
• Prepare and evaluate deal closings, and contribute to cash flow forecasting and distributions.
• Direct the portfolio valuation process, including tracking fair value adjustments and confirming adherence to valuation policies.
• Manage the year-end audit and coordinate with external auditors to confirm compliance with reporting standards.
• Collaborate with the investment team and deliver transaction support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen process efficiency, develop automated reporting, and promote ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Track and assess fund performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations that shape business strategy.
