Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a skilled accounting leader to oversee the monthly close, consolidate multi-entity reporting, and support technical accounting matters in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, drive process improvements, and provide leadership across financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls. A BA/Finance or Accounting degree with 6+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing the month-end close process.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and multi-entity environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reporting packages.
• Assist with consolidations and multi-entity reporting.
• Assist with acquisition integration activities and related accounting requirements.
• Support external audit requests and maintain strong internal controls.
• Participate in lender and compliance reporting as needed.
• Oversee and improve core accounting processes, including AP, payroll, and billing functions.
