You will coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and planning, while managing inventories, assets, and receivables within a global manufacturing context.

The role requires 6–10 years in accounting and finance, with cost accounting expertise and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 6–10 years of accounting and finance experience, including cost accounting, inventory, forecasting, and plant performance.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems required; Power BI or similar tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly accounting close process ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with site finance teams to consolidate results across manufacturing sites.
• Conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting to support cost reduction and profitability.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate data in the corporate reporting system and adherence to reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams to standardize accounting practices and forecasting.
• Act as liaison between business unit finance and site teams on reporting deadlines and expectations.
• Assist internal and external audits and participate in site visits as needed.
