Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in accounting/finance within manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and is experienced in cost accounting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of accounting and finance experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment with direct responsibility for cost accounting, inventory, plant performance, forecasting, and operational business partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with site finance teams to consolidate results across manufacturing sites.
• Conduct variance analysis and manage KPIs to support cost reduction and profitability.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
