Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Financial Analyst in Nashua, NH. This cross‑functional finance role supports the Central Finance function, accounts payable, intercompany billing, P&L reporting, and inventory controls across global sites with a focus on SOX controls and close deliverables.

You will coordinate with Engineering, IT, HR and Sales, lead monthly closes, cycle counts, and cost allocations, and prepare quarterly data for facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics AX), Concur, and Excel.
• Experience with internal controls / SOX–mapped processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and vendor management across North American and Mexico entities; manage Concur setups.
• Maintain global software licensing data; accept quotes, input POs, and submit invoices; manage amortization schedules.
• Process weekly freight reports and monthly accruals; resolve carrier billing issues.
• Prepare intercompany billing and commission entries; manage contractor billing; accrue/reconcile quarterly sales commissions.
• Prepare monthly P&L for Nashua, regional sites, and Development Engineering.
• Lead Nashua cycle-count program and quarterly intercompany cross-charges across global sites.
• Compile quarterly EAC data for facilities and building management.
