A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience are preferred, along with strong Excel skills. The Assistant Controller will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with leadership to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Manufacturing experience.
• ERP system experience.
• CMA, CPA, FPAC, or similar professional certification

Responsabilidades

• Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections.
• Produce monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze inventory, reserves, and financial risks.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
• Manage fixed assets and support lease accounting compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.
