This role will ensure accuracy of records and drive standard cost analysis across manufacturing activities. The position collaborates with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights, maintain a strong general ledger, and lead process improvements in cost accounting, variance analysis, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with month-end closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support documentation.
• Standard cost setting, job costing analysis, and variance reporting.
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results and investigate unusual variances.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other key accounting areas.
• Support audit requests and internal control processes.
• Provide financial insights to support profitability improvement and decision making.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting activities.
