Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution; leadership experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Controller and leadership in monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Oversee credit management, AP, inventory and cost accounting responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and process improvements.
• Coordinate audits and tax support; ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
