The candidate will lead journal entries, cost accounting, variance reporting, and assist with audits as part of a team that drives accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support documentation.
• Standard cost setting, job costing analysis, and variance reporting.
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results and investigate unusual variances.
• Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Provide cost accounting and inventory/job costing support.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting activities.
