Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred (inventory, COGS, costing).
• CPA preferred (or progress toward certification).

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close process with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Manage corporate accounting activities including accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls; document accounting positions.
• Support audits and audit requests; collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity and working capital reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of direct reports.
