Job summary

Financeroles is seeking an Assistant Controller to serve as a financial leader for our manufacturing plant, partnering with the Plant Controller on close, reporting, and GAAP compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage fixed assets, intercompany and cost accounting, support budgeting and forecasts, and provide actionable analyses to guide operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years experience in a standard cost environment as an account or cost accountant.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• ITAR US person status may apply for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, journals, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany and cost accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly operations package and business reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital project ROI analyses.
