Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA is a plus.
• CPA/CMA and other accounting certifications are a plus but not required.
• Expert knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and complex problem solving.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day entries, adjustments, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate timely periodic financial closes and support divisions as needed.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide audit support and liaise with external and internal auditors.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff; drive process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and draft SOPs.
