Our client, an international investment firm with a rapidly growing credit platform, is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee financial management and operations for its registered closed-end interval funds in New York City. The role carries technical fund accounting oversight, regulatory and tax compliance, liquidity monitoring, and supervision of third-party service providers. You will partner directly with the CFO and the existing interval fund controller, as well as the credit investment and operations teams. As the firm continues to add registered, retail-accessible vehicles, this is a build-and-scale mandate rather than a steady-state seat. You will help standardize the processes, systems, and controls that support the wider credit platform.
