Qualifikationen

• Active CPA license is required.
• 7+ years accounting experience with at least 3 years in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm).
• 2+ years in a controllership or accounting leadership role at a high-growth/venture-backed company.
• Strong command of US GAAP, especially ASC 606, and experience leading month-end close and external audits.
• Working knowledge of stock-based compensation (ASC 718).
• Ability to explain complex accounting to non-accountants clearly.
• Builder mentality with comfort in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
