Onesource Amusement, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support accounting and finance functions. The role collaborates with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, QuickBooks experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Compensation will be based on experience; salary expectations discussed during interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller with daily accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Process and reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management activities.
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with annual audits, tax filings, and financial documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Controller and Finance Department.
