Job summary

Jobot is seeking a High-Visibility Assistant Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support growth for a service-focused organization. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely analysis for leadership.

You will oversee the monthly close, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and develop the accounting team. The ideal candidate has public accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and proven leadership capable of driving process

Qualifications

• Public accounting exposure or experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience are expected.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close process and financial statement prep.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning initiatives.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, drive process improvements and accountability.
