Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in industry.
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting staff.
• Strong cash management, financial close, and financial analysis experience.
• Experience in rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the cash management process, including weekly 13-week rolling cash forecasts and reporting.
• Manage the monthly close process, financial reporting package, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform financial analyses including MoM, quarterly, trend, and SG&A analyses.
• Lead and develop accounting team members, including oversight of staff.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls for growth and acquisitions.
