• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• GovCon experience preferred with FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Experience with cost proposals, indirect rates, and government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Controller in daily accounting operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and schedules.
• Develop and monitor indirect rate structures and cost allocations.
• Coordinate audits and assist with government financial reporting.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements.
