Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 4–6+ years of accounting management experience.
• Government contracting/accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA, indirect rates, and government contract compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger operations, including project and indirect cost accounting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and supporting schedules.
• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance and government requirements.
• Analyze indirect rates and support provisional and final rate calculations.
• Prepare and support incurred cost submissions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/DCAA and internal controls.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for audits and internal reviews of billing/payroll.
