Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with 4+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Supervise Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
• Ensure revenue recognition per government contract types (Cost-Plus, T&M, FPLO).
• Support internal/external audits and annual incurred cost submissions.
