The role includes preparing consolidated financial packages, performing month-end close, and monitoring cash and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPA preferred, and 3–5 years of accounting experience, including multi-currency operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly consolidated financial package for executive management.
• Performs month-end closing procedures and analyzes balance sheet accounts.
• Monitors cash balances and reconciles bank accounts.
• Directs supervision of personnel and participates in hiring, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Coordinates with external accountants to ensure accuracy and timeliness of governmental filings.
• Directs communication with foreign branch locations to maintain daily and monthly operations.
• Suggests process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Works on specific projects and issues as needs arise.
