Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks an Accounting/Finance Manager in Nashua, NH. The role is on-site three days a week and leads global financial reporting, audits, and compliance across multiple units.

You will oversee AR/AP, SOX 404, and internal controls, drive process improvements, and collaborate with ERP and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting. CPA preferred and 6+ years of experience requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Dynamics AX experience is a plus.
• Experience managing and supervising an accounting team.
• Ability to drive issues to resolution and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and develop the shared services accounting team for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Oversee AR, AP, and Capital, driving process improvements and internal controls.
• Lead SOX 404 compliance, including control documentation, testing, remediation.
• Coordinate semi-annual close and gather supporting documentation.
• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee bookings, backlog reporting, and reconciliations.
• Review reconciliations, credit analyses, cash collections, aging, and bad debts.
• Partner with ERP admins to resolve finance system issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and license/contract renewals.
• Collaborate with global finance across business units.
• Lead the collection of tax documentation for quarterly/annual reporting.
• Provide cross-functional finance support and back up key functions as needed.
