Job summary

Terabase Energy seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to oversee the company’s accounting operations, strengthening controls and enabling scalable, global financial processes. You will manage the accounting team and partner with FP&A, Operations, and other leaders to drive transparency and efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting, cost/manufacturing experience, and deep US GAAP knowledge, with NetSuite expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including cost/manufacturing accounting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity reporting, and consolidated financial statements.
Experience operating in international or multi-jurisdictional environments.
Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
Previous audit experience (public accounting or internal audit).
Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and adherence to US GAAP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages.
