Terabase Energy in Northern California is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead the company’s global accounting operations, ensure accuracy and scalability, and strengthen financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
You will manage the accounting team, partner with FP&A, Operations, and Engineering, drive close processes, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and system optimization including NetSuite, with a focus on cost/manufacturing accounting and audits.

Position Overview
As the Assistant Controller, you will oversee the company’s full accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all financial processes. You will manage the accounting team, strengthen financial controls, and optimize systems to support a high-growth, global business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking accounting leader with experience in cost/manufacturing accounting, audits, consolidated financial reporting, and operating in multi-jurisdictional environments.
You will bring rigor, structure, and strategic insight to a rapidly expanding organization, partnering closely with FP&A, Operations, and cross-functional leaders to drive financial transparency, operational efficiency, and global scalability.

This role offers a base salary of $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
