Assistant Controller / Fund Administrative Associate

Arcadia Investment Partners is a New York-based investment management firm focused on illiquid alternative assets, including private equity, real estate, and special situations. Arcadia works with ultra-high net worth families and select institutional investors, leveraging a flexible, long-term investment mandate across various sectors and asset classes.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Controller / Fund Administration Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting and Reporting: Support investor capital account tracking and execution of capital calls and distributions in collaboration with fund administration and accounting teams.
  2. Audit and Compliance Reporting: Assist the CFO in preparing support schedules for annual audits and compliance reporting.
  3. Quarterly Reports: Develop and distribute detailed quarterly updates for investors, summarizing portfolio performance, key developments, and financial insights.
  4. Investor Outreach and Fundraising Campaigns: Support outreach efforts to potential investors, coordinate and track fundraising initiatives, conduct research, organize meetings, and prepare follow-up materials.
  5. CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the firm’s client relationship management database to ensure accurate and current records of investor interactions, contacts, and pipeline status.
  6. Data Room Organization: Set up and manage secure data rooms for investors, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded, maintained, and updated during fundraising.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and professional reports and presentations.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  5. Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
