This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP while supporting leadership with financial analysis. The position involves month-end close, variance analysis, ERP system management, collaboration with project teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP and financial management software.
• Advanced MS Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by deadlines.
• Analyze results, identify variances, and advise leadership.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with leaders.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
• Provide cost analyses for projects and assist with contract management.
• Support internal controls, tax compliance, and audits.
