Qualifications

• General accounting and bookkeeping knowledge in automotive context.
• Ability to interpret data for management decisions.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Regular on-time attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete, supervise, and review daily paperwork to prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure weekly payroll information is completed and sent to Payroll Dept.
• Ensure monthly bonuses are completed accurately and timely and communicated to managers.
• Review monthly balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly manufacturer financial statements in a timely manner.
• Submit monthly and quarterly CT state reports on schedule.
• Develop 90 day/annual evaluations of direct reports.
• Maintain open dialogue with other departmental managers.
• Ensure Year End reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Follow Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
