The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead our business office team. This position oversees daily automotive office operations and ensures accurate financial schedules and reconciliations across the dealership.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 2+ years of Automotive Office Manager experience.
• Dealership accounting experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations.
• Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables.
• Complete month-end and year-end closings on time.
• Analyze income and expenses, identifying variances.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership.
• Support payroll and commission processing with HR.
