This role is ideal for a CPA looking to transition from public accounting into a great industry position. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support budgeting/forecasting, and coordinate with auditors and tax providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate status required or in progress.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax providers.
• Identify and implement process improvements as we grow.
• Jump in where needed — they are a team and support each other.
