The ideal candidate has 8+ years in progressive accounting with people leadership, a background in energy/oil & gas or manufacturing, strong cost and inventory knowledge, and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with people leadership.
• Background in energy, oil and gas services, or manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting and inventory knowledge.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run month-end close and year-end close and review financial statements.
• Oversee accounting staff across AP, AR, payroll and fixed assets.
• Review the GL, reconciliations and cost accounting.
• Support audit, tax and lender reporting.
• Lead ERP implementations, migrations and workflow automation.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare analysis for Controller and CFO on cost, pricing and capital decisions.
