Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Growth Without Giving Up the Hands-On Work: If you're an experienced accounting professional who still enjoys being hands-on but wants more exposure, flexibility and room to grow, this role offers the opportunity to expand your scope without giving up the work you enjoy.
- Direct CFO Exposure & Autonomy: You’ll have direct access to the CFO, plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make an immediate impact. As you learn the business, your scope can grow into broader close, financial reporting and accounting leadership responsibilities.
- The benefits are a major plus: The company pays 85% of employee and dependent medical, dental and vision premiums, including a Platinum-level medical plan with no in-network annual deductible. You'll also receive a 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, a paid company closure from December 24 through January 1, regular paid holidays and professional development reimbursement.
- Flexibility & Trust: The culture is flexible, collaborative and built around trust and independence. Leadership gives employees room to manage their responsibilities without micromanagement, while company outings, happy hours and other events give the team opportunities to stay connected.
