Recruiting Manager - Accounting & Finance. We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller level candidate to join our clients firm. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with several direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls
• Manage the monthly close process
• Coordinate with the companys external accounting firm for the annual audit
• Partner with senior leadership to support FP&A activities, including trend analysis, variance reporting
• Support corporate tax planning in collaboration with external tax advisors
• Drive automation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting
