Spectrum Search Group has partnered with an excellent professional services company in Richardson looking to add an Assistant Controller.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closes.
• Involved with budgeting and forecasting efforts, as well as new system implementation.
• Enhance processes, internal controls, and accounting systems.
• Oversee accounting projects, fixed assets, prepaid amortizations, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.
• Manage multi-entity finances, intercompany transactions, and line of credit activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, partners, and multiple other entities.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of robust accounting experience (multi-state/unit experience a plus).
• CPA and a Bachelor’s in Accounting are required.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and general ledger accounting.

After 6 months of employment, the company offers 1 day of work from home.

Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $120k-$140k + bonus.
