As the Assistant Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting, managing audit processes, and supporting the implementation of internal controls and compliance initiatives. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of strong background in accounting principles, experience working in fast-paced environments, and the ability to lead and develop a small team. Requirements for the Assistant Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA highly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public and corporate accounting
• Expertise in US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance
• Experience in audit coordination and financial statement preparation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a plus

Compensation for the Assistant Controller:

• Employment type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5, 40 hours per week
• Location: On-site in Fort Worth, TX
