• Domestic and international tax filing
• Oversee the maintenance of accounting systems

• Variance analysis and reporting
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements For The Assistant Controller Include

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business
• Masters and/or CPA strongly preferred
• More than four years accounting experience within public accounting or public/private mix
• Prior experience managing a team
• Strong systems skills including a large ERP and Excel fluency

Compensation: $130,000-150,000 plus bonus and benefits.
