Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or mix of public/private.
• Prior leadership or team management experience and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support the month-end close process.
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting processes, and system efficiencies.
• Coordinate domestic and international tax filings and external audit activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team.
• Drive process improvements and participate in operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Support ongoing optimization of ERP and accounting systems.
